This is a reminder to clerks of session and other responsible parties that Annual Statistical Reports for 2025 are due March 1, 2026.

Forms are available in two formats: Excel and PDF. If using the PDF version, fill it in and mail it to the statistician, Mr. Mike Hammons, at the address at the bottom of the form.
