On March 17, 1963, Calvin R. Malcor was ordained to gospel ministry in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and installed as pastor of Beverly OPC, Los Angeles, California. As a youth, Mr. Malcor was a member of First OPC, Manhattan Beach, where his father, William, served as a ruling elder. After graduation from Westmont College, Mr. Malcor attended Westminster Theological Seminary and received a Masters of Divinity. In addition to serving at Beverly OPC from 1963 to 1969, Mr. Malcor's pastorates included Grace OPC, Carson, California (1969-1971), First OPC, Manhattan Beach, California (1971-1977), Southern Oregon OPC (1978-1983), Trinity OPC, Medford, Oregon (1983-1985), Griggs Street OPC, Grand Rapids, Michigan (1988-1992), Oak Hill OPC, Eugene, Oregon (1992-1995), and Covenant OPC, San Jose, California (1997-2004). In retirement Mr. Malcor has served as an active member of the Presbytery of the Northwest.
